Wow very steady shot =) Any idea what was used to mount the camera or any stablization?

Yes.

It is actually my setup. Lipstick camera mounted via suction cup to windshield fed into a Sony Digital8 camcorder.

If you cant see the video you dont have the codec (basically video de-compressor) to view it. At least, thats the usual problem people have when they cant view the video and only get audio. Although since its WMV I'm wondering why that is... cus Media Player should get the codec unless your media player is really old...
