Some people with money just shouldn't be on the road
This morning I was running some errands and I was going back to my office on 101S (near Moffett Field). I was minding my own business going with traffic in the second lane. All of a sudden, this brand new CLK to my left (in the fast lane) decided that he want to occupy the same space that my car was in. There was no signal, just a move to the right. There were no cars ahead of him, so it was a totally unexpected move. I honked at him and he kept coming. I had to brake hard to avoid hitting him. At first I thought he didn't see me, then I saw him glance in his rear-view mirror and just kept going, 2 feet in front of me. It was not like he needed to exit or anything, but he just wanted to cut me off.
I should have let him hit me. But I love my car too much to put it in danger. I am sure he can afford to to buy an S2000 with his pocket change, but I just can't understand these people with money who think they own the road and they can do anything they like.

Thanks, everyone, for your contributions. I feel much better now knowing that I am not the only one who has encountered these situations.

heh, someone did that to me in an S55 AMG and I just stayed in my lane, I was getting ready to scream, "MY NECK MY NECK" but he saw me at the last second and swerved. Oh well. There went my Chiropractic Turbo kit.
