Thanks for the referral. I actually just moved to Manteca a couple weeks ago. I never had a single problem while I lived in Pleasanton. Thanks again for the empathy and referral.

Wow, welcome to the neighborhood!!!

This is truly unfortunate. I hate when this kind of crap happens.
I hope they are able to use the fingerprints to catch the aholes.

I don't know the prices, but this would be the time to check into
changing the tops out. Best of luck.

Yup... I moved to Manteca end of May - not a few weeks in the new house and SLAM! Someone breaks into my car. SO far, Menlo Honda has the parts estimate (parts only, no labor, and this excludes the body work) at $3500.00, eta 3-4 weeks! Argh!

Only consolation, I will be getting a 2002 top with glass window...

OK you opened the can of worms on this one. Was your convertible metal damaged... is that how you got the glass window? Or is there some mysterious, elusive, damn I want one, retrofit?!!!

I hate to make fun of your situation (Andrew's lame apology in advance), but I would rather almost have my car stolen so I can get a glass window... the plastic is really, really, really buggin.

I know I know... but I am too poor. That and I would have to take all of my crap off of my car and put it onto the new one. That is Andrew talk for LAZY.
