Is it normal to smell some gas after you put a test pipe? Especially at 5k rpm and up? Thx

I believe you are referring to burnt gas fumes from the engine not fresh gas. If so, yes. Your catalytic converter was doing its job filtering those toxic fumes when it was there. A test pipe removes all that filtration and it's just straight fumes from here on out.

That cancer causing birth defect forming fume your car is putting out is perfectly normal and to be expected. Be careful around cops if they smell it you'll be in big trouble.

Yup, TP = Stinks but after awhile, you'll get used to it - not necessarily a good thing

I know, I've had mine on for a while. Noticed my car smokes here and there, just hope that doesn't happen around cops
