Default Tsuchinoko hell

So, heres the rub, yesterday morning i got bored arround 3am and decided to make another attempt at putting in the o so elusive tsuchinoko intake into my little ap1. it finally went in and i believe i got all the hoses and what not put in correctly. Start it up and immediatly i notice an on again off again electric sounding hissing noise from time to time. Shortly after that it spits a cel at me. I am extremely confused at this point and a little more than upset that i may have botched this should be easy install. My question is, has anyone else had any problems similar to this, if so what is it and if not any ideas on what it may be?

Check the routing of the vacuum hoses. That is the most common mistake when installing an intake.
