I can't pick out which twisties will be the best. Oh my god what am I going to do.
I can personally vouch for one of the roads on that list - Mosquito Ridge Road.

Here's also a link to a USGS aerial photo of about the first 5 miles:

It's a little ways from the bay area (I-80 to Auburn, Foresthill exit to the town of Foresthill). But, it is an amazing road. 36 miles thru national forest land with no towns or houses, very little traffic and PLENTY of curves! The commentary at the above link exaggerates a little I think. Yes, there are 60mph (on a sportbike) curves but there are also some 20mph (on a sportbike!) curves and you better know which are which because in many places there are no guardrails and 1000 foot drop offs. You will encounter gravel and sometimes good sized rocks on the road at least once or twice over the entire stretch. There's so little traffic on this road that you have to watch out for the rare oncoming car (or pickup pulling a boat most likely) that thinks it's the only vehicle out there too so it can cut blind corners. Also I'd guess that review was written about 4-5 years ago because the law enforcement activity has increased on the road, especially the first 10 miles before the bridge at the bottom of the canyon. One other warning - there's a blind, sharply decreasing radius right hander about 18 miles in. You'll go through a left, a nice uphill sweeping left, a small uphill right and then you'll see a right hander with a large parking/runoff area on the opposite side of the road. This is the one. It's very deceptive and looks harmless going into it but it tightens up *real* fast and you *will* end up over the center line if you're on a brisk pace and not prepared for it. But don't let all of that scare you off either. Just use some sense, it's not a racetrack. But it *is* one helluva cool road!!
