What do you need?

 

I want just a basic HTML website.. no flash or anything complicated. I already have all the text written, the main layout of the page built, and all of the buttons and everything. I just need someone to actually put it all together in whatever coding is easiest for you.

I also need a VERY good photogallery section built, that is easy to maintain and look at.

Thanks for the thorough explanation. I have a LITTLE bit of HTML coding experience, but not NEARLY enough to build an entire website. As far as background editing, I'm sure the service I use provides me with something like that. I have ix webhosting
