I came out to an empty parking lot with this next to me. More to come of what happened later.

wtf... I think I'd wedge my way into my car and torch the Ford on my way out.

 

 

I would find a small pebble that would fit the valve stem and jam it in the valve stem at the same time covering it with the cover so they will try to figure out what happened to their tires. I would do that to at least 2 of them so the spare will be useless. No damage to their car but going to be a massive headache.

 

Definitely some DOT4 all over his car..

...being civil, I contacted the parking authority for the building. and proceed to look and found the driver of the Expedition in the nearby office.

the Expedition driver gets in his car, attempts to back it up. instead, put it in forward and hits the electrical panel box in front of it... then things got stupid..... (more to come later)
