What's the chances... (2 silvers going to Sausilito)

I get stuck in traffic heading out of Sausilito up to the G.G. Bridge when I see not 1 but 2 silver S2000's driving down roughly 5 mins apart.
First one, solo driver, top down flashed his hi-beams.
Second driver with passenger, top up (she points)...
HOWDY!
