It's ok. Here is 1 problem. If you don't turn off and on the phone once in a while, you don't get any signal. I asked them why, they said when you move around and switch towers, you get "lost". I talked to a friend who works in the wireless business, he said that's total BS. But whatever. So if you can't make a call, try turning off and on your phone. What I really like about t-mobile is no roaming so wherever you get a signal, you can call. Don't have to worry about roaming and all that crap.

All my friends got cingular and they have problems with the service, I've been t-mobile customer for 6 months and never had a problem yet.

dont get tmobile. cingular is now atnt + cingular combination. tmobile uses only the "old" cingular towers. therefore, you do not get the extra coverage of the atnt towers. which is fine if you get signal everywhere you need to, but there are places my dad will drop a call and i wont.

T-Mobile sucks. I had them for about a year or so for work and was always getting dropped calls. Just crap. I've prefer Cingular or Verizon.

I switch between TMO and cingular every year to take advantage of contract bonuses.

I don't have any problems with either.
