let me knwo what kind of price you were quoted, i need to get mine replaced also... just not sure who to do the labor.

Try "Vargas Upholstery" in Sunnyvale, I got mine done about an year and a half ago, he had THE lowest quote amongst the people I called, IIRC he charged me $725 for the labor ..and he got everything done in less than a day.
