OEM is still the best HT hands down, at least for street reasons because of the glass and the insulation that makes it basically as sound inside as a coupe. The OEM top with all materials needed for install is around $3,300.00 and will hold its value pretty good considering they are not made anymore.

The carbon fiber version of this is basically an Amuse replica.. and that one goes for about 8 grand lol.. I ordered a mugen from these guys in the fall and cancelled.. Good thing too cause I was more interested in this style hardtop, yay!

Which the amuse hardtop just happens to be a carbon fiber version of oem.. Hmmm.. But since the mold came straight from an oem itself I'll just called it a oem replica lol

Amuse HT and OEM HT are indeed different.

There's significant differences between the 2 tops.

Hmm I wouldn't say significant, but there are minor differences. The oem window wraps around slightly more and extends to the bottom. But same overall dome shape lol.. but yes, you are right, the amuse is not completely styled after the oem
