we never groom her. waiting till after she heals from being spayed to take her to the groomers for the first time. she's a rebel of a spirit and so we wanted her look to reflect it.

Is that a pure breed maltese? Doesnt look like it, but I don't have girls, so I wouldnt know for sure.

Make sure you expose her to the groomer FAST. The longer you wait the more problems they will have (in the future, if they don't like water or dryers in the future, you might have a hard timing finding a groomer). Expose them to water and dryers ASAP.

Otherwise, looks like a winner!!

thanks BC. i meant we never comb her. she's had many deep water baths. she loves the water and plays with the hot air from the dryer. but i still haven't taken her to the groomers yet. will do.
