an update on the situation.

I called ramjet this morning, explained the problem and told him i wanted to put my stock diff in today. I told him i would be there around 12pm. I pull in, we go for a ride and he hears the problem. Then he tells me he can't do it today, call him another day to set an appointment Its a 40 mile drive for me, he knew this before i came out there.

So i just took it to hondaworld... had to bite the bullet and just pay for the dealership to do it, i pick it up tomorrow

So i figure i'm now $1600 in the hole, to have gears installed for one week. cost of extra diff, plus yellow box, gears, install, then dealership swaping the diff

ahaha at first i wasn't blaming them, i still don't. But they should take SOME responsibility for the gear replacement. I was willing to pay for them to put the stock diff back in too, until he gave me the run around

Definately give Elton a call for your final drive install guys... his number is 626-292-7030 Tell him Evasive Sent you and he'll take care of you. Usually you drive in the morning and drive away at end of the day... he works fast

Btw: He installed gears in my car with no issues what so ever.

Quick Reply: 4.77 gears.... i wish i left my diff alone
