Nevermind. Video was very graphic so I deleted the link.

Unfortunately it looks like the owner of a red ap1 was killed in an accident in Anaheim. Very sad.

Yes, it has been posted a few times. Threads probably taken down due to the video. Thank you for taking the video down. I am personally disgusted that the video was on youtube to begin with due to total lack of respect for the victims family and loved ones. There is no reason to have that stuff posted on the internet that way.

But yes, the driver did pass away. Not sure about the passenger. Very bad accident though.

it appears that the passenger survived.

so the car hit the pole on the drivers side, which was why the steering wheel got pushed into the passenger side area.

side impact, i'm guessing the driver hit his head on the soft top bars. which might explain why the passenger survived.

i personally wear a helmet every time i drive the s2000 because my head is right next to the soft top bars. i believe i'm lucky that i never was involved in a side impact collision in the s2000 prior my implementing the wearing of the helmet every time i drive the S.
