AutoX at Qualcomm Stadium - Oct. 20
Anyone going to the autocross this weekend? I was going to try to go, but my sister is getting married that day. Boy she'd kill me if I went before the wedding.

I was going to go, if anybody else wants to meet up there I am all for it. I was thinking of bringing my 914 instead as the PCA runs are getting very, very full right now and those guys are vicious on the track. I used to think nothing could touch my little porsches handling until I got my S2000, what a difference 30 years of automotive progress can do

S2000 stays out side right now, the 914 lives in the garage and almost never comes out (under 2000 miles a year.) The insight lives in the driveway my father and I share the car. Somehow we will rack up around 25,000 miles this year in that thing. the 917 just left so I could buy my S2000 so I should take that down, it is living in Mexico somewhere about 15 miles from TJ. The Jetta is a all around family car mostly my mothers now that we have the insight and the s2000. We have another 2001 2.0 beetle before that.
It's very scary how many cars you can rack up, I have to go buy another one for my little brother before january or he threatens to take the 914 to school everyday. (I perish the thought of my 7000 doller paint job getting dinged by other stupid 16 year old drivers.)
Anyway I have owned a little over 10 cars in the last 14 months or so. Hdad a turbo beetle before the S2000, really 2 as one was destroyied by a drunck driver, a 69 FJ40 that I pulled out of a juck yard a 73 beetle a 66 donor car for my 917. a 67 k code mustang. And a few others that for some reason I forget. 1998 crv. 1997 CL 3.0
That is most of them anyway, I used to help restore cars for freinds and ran a shop out of my garage before I got swamped at work and school.
Just as a note I am going to try to make the import daze in irvine but I have another arangment that I have to get out of. And will most definity be at the 20th qualcomm event.

Hey all, I live in San Diego. Is there any info anywhere on this show? It would be nice to meet some other S2000 owners that are local. Thanks in advance for any info.
