Someone put a scanner on an albertsons fast pay machine... Got my Norcal b of a info. I only had like 200 bucks in my account but the foo charged over 2k globally. Took 6 months to sort everything out good luck.

Good news is he can just travel to Mexico and just walk across the boarder cause that's how dumb America is. In fact Americans will help him by putting out water etc to make his travels easier.
