Basic firearms course
can anyone recommend a place around irvine (orange county i suppose) area where i can take a basic firearms course?
i searched the net and found a place called firing line in HB and a place called OC indoor range in Brea. anyone been to either one?

I know one place call SharpShooterrange in Torrance but I don't know if they have course for you to take. But if you already know about guns, they have everything, from .22 to .45kimbert and even Magnum. 310-618-9971 That's the number.

I've been going for a nice drive to Oceanside 35 minutes from RSM
Great range, they will not rent you if you are by your self
lots of marines and service people shoot there, HIGHLY reccomend this place

Both are nice places. I'm a member at OC Indoor in Brea... they are really helpful and friendly there. Plus, they sell monthly passes for $30... that's cheaper than two visits to HB.
Also, once you're a member in Brea you can rent by yourself... it's nice for going to try new guns

i goto firing line...
its located in HB kinda tricky to get to though
its a very secent place...
go westbound on macarthur blvd (talbert) past beach...
and its BEFORE u get to gothard...u must make a right...

You can always go to asecurity school. I went to on ein montebllo for my securities class and they offered courses.... sorry i dont have info, all i know is that i was run by some guy withe h last name delgadillo;

cool, thanks for the info guys
i think i'm gonna go with OC shooting range cuz the class there sounds a bit more personal. Plus, the membership deal is too good to pass up since i'll eventually want to try out some guns before making my purchases.
