Default Beijing/Shanghai/HK/Taipei/Tokyo/Seoul

I'll be travelling throughout Asia for about a month. Are there any places that you guys would recommend? I'm talking about places to visit (museums, interesting historical sights), eat, snack, drink (bars), party (clubs), and any cool places that locals like.

Kyoto is an awesome place. Stay at a local Ryokan close to downtown and walk everywhere. Awesome underground club culture too.

Freak, I cant remember exactly where... But I think this was Sinchon in Seoul....

All the buildings are like 5-10 stories high. Each floor will probably have some kind of bar/club/restauarant. Corea is easy, just walk around and peer into places till you find one you like.

Food and drinks are cheap too! And oh so delicious! And yeah... Youll get lots of chicks. People say that girls overseas are no longer interested in Americans but thats bullshit. They think people from the US are big ballin!

One thing you gotta do: Hit up the mini-marts and drink banana milk and eat those little ham sausages. Youll get hooked!!

PS: Stu, I forwarded this thread to sarah. She likes your sig.

Tokyo would be the party town. They seriously don't stop at all. Pohang, Pattaya Beach, Nagata Falls to name a few others. I haven't been through China much, just Hong Kong for a few hours.
