sup....I think i have settled on the Fujitsubo Legalis R but i wanted to know who has the absolute best pricing....I saw the Exhaust library guy saying it can be had for $699, but i have seen it cheaper than high 700's...

, I'm the "Exhaust library guy". $699 would be pretty hard to get these days. All Japanese exhausts have two prices in the U.S. -- one is the regular retail price that you see on Google searches and the second is the price where the U.S. reseller absorbs the overseas freight charges (which, when passed on to you, are about $150 per exhaust) in scenarios like group buys or when they really stock up on an item.

The $699 price did not factor in the freight charges because two years ago when I wrote that page Fujitsubos were much less popular and were commonly stocked in SoCal S2000 shops. With the S2KI community's recommendation of the Fuji exhaust, demand has risen sharply in the states and prices have elevated accordingly. People probably pay 20% more now, on average, than they would have two years ago.

Bullet Proof probably has the lowest single-item pricing on most stuff. In this case, $770 looks like your best bet unless you ask for, or find, a group buy on Fujis.
