I work for Zurich and they pay out at the same time as payroll but on separate checks. That is the way it has always been. I would be uncomfortable with getting it on the same check, but all you have to do is call payroll and ask for an explanation with regards to taxation.

Ya, I just told them it was a backassward way to do it. Apparently a legal one though.

One of the gals at work told them she didn't have a CC nor could she qualify for one, etc, etc.

They gave her a company cc.

I wouldn't want my co. to give me a corprate CC, by putting all expenses on my own I get mad points / miles!

But, yeah, 2 weeks max to reiumburse is the norm
