And now I have read something that makes me happy i have been drinking tap water over bottled.

I always thought that the water may have something in it therefor introducing those things to my body and immune system so that it would build tolerance to those things over time. Sorta like small doses of poison.

But now I have found some words from Rolf Halden PhD at John Hopkins Blooomberg School of health that make me happier for the choice.

Its from an old article, so many of you may already know this stuff, but hey, im always on the late train when it comes to health facts

It is a sad truth, but all of the water that we are drinking are recycled. Meaning they are recycled from the sewers.

Unless you get the water from a river or collect water from rain in your backyard, all of the water that we are drinking are nasty.

Hack, even you collect water from rain, it maybe nasty too.
