The tellers gets a few bucks if you open a CC, line of credit and so forth.

I work for Countrywide, which is basically BofA now.. the highest ive seen someone w/o degree move up is AVP (assistance vice pres.). This person started at the bottom too and worked their way up pretty quickly. But i wonder how things are going to change as far as promotions are concerned when the merger takes place.
