Hold on... you stated above that you ONLY ORDERED shrimp. Now you stated you ordered rice?

RICE is NOT free. It says SHRIMP is free.

ok this is all a lie. i have issues with panda express..

seriously, 1.79 added on top of the price of rice. same amount my friend was charged just for shrimp. i wonder if they are making more money on this "free" shrimp than if people actually bought the entree
