Where were you? What do you remember? Have things changed since then? Better? Worse?


I arrived at work a little late, and had only heard bizarre news on the radio about
a Pentagon bombing. I was freaking out. When I got to work, I heard the real news...

We all went home and spent the next 24 hours glued to our TV sets, in shock.

I had just gotten to work when a coworker broke the news. I thought he was joking, until my boss came out and told us all to take the day off...

I remember when this happened. I was taking my mother to work in the morning when i saw it on TV. the first plane had already hit the tower when i left and the second one hit the next tower when i got back.

I was getting ready for work, then got a few phone calls. It felt so strange, where it was an attack on our country, but I didn't feel any sense of threat being on the west coast. Regardless RIP to the victims.

I was reading My Pet Goat to a class full of children, then some guy came in and whispered to me what happened, and then I stayed and kept reading along......but the big words confused me.....
