Default Hawaii go'ers please chime in

Hey everyone I'm planning on going to Oahu, HI in March for 7 days. I've done the whole tourist-like things like hiking Diamondhead, Northshore, the Waikiki experience. I'm sure theres more to Hawaii than that. Are there any outdoorsy type activities to do on Oahu? I know its not in the most naturalistic setting (i.e. forests, jungles, etc.) but I'm looking for things like cliff-jumping or ziplining types of activities. Any hidden spots that I should know about? Let me know

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Go Kayaking in Kailua. They have like a 3-5 mile area to go through. You can stop at 2 different little sand bars (little islands).

there's a spot over by China Man's Hat. It's where Lost has been shooting( like the huge open green mountains where they golf) and where scenes for Jurassic Park was filmed.

you can do horseback riding, hiking, and they've got an awesome zipline/ropes course....like some crazy stuff over 100ft gullys and such.

it's an old family friends buisness/property....but i can't remember they name of them my parents always set it up. but ask around....the locals should know if you tell them it's by china man's hat.

Is it true that you can sleep on beaches without being hassled by authority?
