Headlights ON in the rain.
Ok. Time for me to pick on a pet peeve, since it's raining.
Why don't some people turn on their headlights in the rain? Is it just stupidity plain and simple? You'd think that since rain happens so infrequently in So. Cal it'd be EASIER to remember. I don't get it.
It can be dark as midnight, rain pouring down, windows fogging up... and there are still 50% of the morons out there driving without their lights on
Oh... and if you're reading this, and you think "wait a second... I don't drive with my headlights on in the rain...", Um... you're a fool.
That is all.

i fully agree.
you'd be surprised at the insane stuff people do. yesterday, i got ran off the road by a woman on the cell phone. as i turned to see the face of this criminal, i saw she had no idea she did anything wrong.
people are full of themselves and as long as they get what they want (ie, they can see in the rain, they dont think about anyone else being able to see them).

in chicago it is the law that if your wipers are on so should your headlights be on.

Ha ha ha... there's an easy way to vent when this happens: Roll right up next to them and align your hood with her front window. Press the center portion of your steering wheel for a good 10 seconds .

Since January 1, 2005, if you have your windshield wipers in continually in the rain you must have your headlights on. If you have the wipers on intermittently you needn't turn on your headlights.

If it's raining the streets are wet, but if the streets are wet, is it raining?
Sorry......
