Wow! 3 hrs in traffic.

Try snacking on some chips while driving. I normally hate having food in my car but it works!

try eating sunflower seeds, or holding a $100 bill outside the window with one hand.

But seriously, if you're nodding off, the best remedy is to pull over, park in a safe area and get your nap on...

hahhahahaha, @ holding the $100 bill outside the window, that is a new one for me. that actually sounds effective.

dude, i usually roll down the windows, rain or shine, and slap myself inn the face. that buys me at least 10 mins, repeat the process for 30 mins, and you are home free.

haha...that's actually happened to me once before about 8 or 9 yrs ago near a light on a hot afternoon. I couldn't believe i actually dozed off.

Above waiting in traffic...hmmm...about 2 yrs ago, i was meeting my friends family down in SD for dinner. I left West LA at around 1pmish...got on the freeway, didn't realize it was memorial day weekend for some unknown reason, and was like...shit. It was bumper to bumper traffic to Irvine from WLA, that's nearly 60 miles, then it was bumper to bumper from there to SD another 70ish miles. Took me until freakin 7:30-8pm to get down to SD, where as normally, it would like 1.3-2 hrs during light traffic. That was a sad day...7+ hours of that crap in the S...my leg was really sore when i got there.

WOw sorry to hear that dude.

I fell asleep at the cornerlight next to my house. I don't know how long I was asleep, but a car ended up getting behind me and started honking away !!
