anybody know a good place to get it done? also, wut's a good string to use. i'm thinking of getting natural gut.

haha...me too...starting to take it up again

now wut strings should i get.... i guess not many peeps play tennis up on dis board

Ummm, this is a stretch of my memory, but I think Prince "Pro Blend" is pretty good. It's been a while for me too...

Contact the equipment manager, dept. of Physical Education at your nearest university or college. I bet they have the most up to date info and they may even have a re-stringing service. Our university does.

it's been quite a few years for me too, but i've always liked Prince's sythetic gut strings. damn, and i used to play tournaments too and practiced 3-4 hours a day...

S2R, there's a tennis shop called Tennis Pro located on McFadden between Brookhurst and Euclid. They're very good, quick and inexpensive, too. For the string, I'd go for the synthetic gut 16 IMO, either HEAD or Wilson. Hope this helps.
