It really isn't that bad looking. I think the problem is they took a picture of a black car with bad lighting then photo-chopped it into a black background. It's really hard to tell how the lines on the car flow. It ends up looking like one big lump.

I do have to say I think the front splitter looks out of place. I realize it's there for front down force, but for aesthetics it looks out of place. Also because of the way the turn signals are integrated, I was thinking the car had a rough night sleep. It looks as if it has bags under it's eyes.

Performance wise it sounds like a wild ride for sure.

thx much for the better pics .....

I'm fully impressed! I want one! price tag ftl

Honestly, I've loved the AC cobra since I was 4 years old. I used to draw endless pics of the car when I was really young. HOWEVER, the fact is the car is dated when it comes to handling most of all. This finally can tie the two together sort of the way the daytona coupe did but in a more significant way keeping the convertible as well. I think this thing would KILL the competition on the track. It's about the same weight as a Lotus Exige S while having 800hp! Sounds like it's got the suspension to get the job done and certainly the tires.

Thumps up as far as I'm concerned. I'd like to see the body reworked just a tad but it's damn close to what it should be, keep in mind it hard to warm up to a new body style when ur talking about timeless design like the AC Shelby Cobra.
