Default LA Red Light Cameras voted away!

The LA Police Commission voted to end red light cameras in LA, over the police department's objections. The City Council might still over rule the Police Commission, but there's hope!

Read about here!

Well once drivers find out that they can contest all tickets issue by this red light camera. It would only cost the city keeping these cameras operational. The chances of getting these ticket dismissed is higher than it actually getting paid. Essentially shutting it down is more cost effective than keeping it running. I only said it is quite easy to contest these tickets because I have done it and my father that happens to work in CHP has done it more than once. We both got away from it easily.

Umm actually it's shown that these cameras INCREASE accidents by up to 400%.

People freak out about the flash, they're also more likely to run them at high speed because they can't stop in time. Then they panic.

So no, statistically LESS people will run red lights.

And we'll get some of our freedoms back as Americans.
