Default Locations/ Plazas in Irvine

I am looking for a new business venture and doing some research, Looking for a place with tons of traffic, and late night activities. Around irvine area, retail shop space openings with around 600-1000 sq ft. if anyone knows anything let me know. Also if you have the leasing office number that would help alot too. thanks in advance

Late night activities? Irvine?
You mean Irvine, California?

The Spectrum's probably your best bet.

Late night activities and Irvine don't belong in the same sentence...

However, the Spectrum is probably your best bet

if its gonna be food related, the university plaza directly across the street from uci is an excellent location too.... PLENTY of foot traffic.... but rent will be ridiculous.

the albertsons plaza couple blocks away is also a good location.

the ralphs plaza on harvard and main is also pretty good.

then theres heritage plaza on the east side of irvine with.

theres also the new plaza a bit more east on the edge of irvine that has potential good foot traffic and will be close to one of the newer and nicer (if not the nicest) communities in irvine.

these plazas, in my opinion, have the highest foot traffic and accessibility among irvine communities... at least from what i observed during the years i lived there.
