Was @ a restarant in Westwood (in LA / 15 minutes away from Ktown). Anyways, I came out to recharge my parking meter and noticed a ticket that says "NO FRONT PLATE"
Has anyone had any luck fighting this citation? Do I just attach a front license plate, take a picture and send it to them?

I thought my car was the only one that got the ticket, but my friend also got it. All the cars in the block and all around had license plates. I was going to wait for the guy that hands tickets out, but they're only doing their job

Don't even bother fighting it. Just put back your plate on and have it written off, then pay the fine. It'll be up to you if you still want to keep your front plate on afterwards. ![hello.gif](https://www.s2ki.com/forums/images/smilies/hello.gif)
I was ticketed as well about 3 years ago and my fine was $35 overall.

I went to the court one time and the girl at the window said I need to get an officer to sign it off etc. or I can just send in the $30, which is what I did
