Its not just 5 years, its also dependent on if the manager leaves the lcoation, transfered, retired and so forth. Lets say theres 500 In and Out. There can only be 500 positions. What's the likely hood of someone leaving the company after eastablishing that position or even retiring?

the average store mgr at IN N OUT makes $120k. I think the highest paid store manager was making 168k last i heard... a few yrs ago.
there are no "assistant" mgrs at in n out.. there is a 2nd, 3rd and 4th mgr.. then there are level 7 and 8 which also have mgr duties.
when i was a level 7 going into my 4th man classes... i was making $15 an hr( if i remember correctly)+ bonus' when we hit our goals. I was making around 3k a month. The 4th mgr i was dating at the time was making about 4k a month.
this was a few years ago.

You are right, but those a HIGH volume In-N-Out. I'm just taking the avg. not the highest and lowest.
And yes, the Asst. Manager thing has 3-4 stages to it. That's why i mentioned I missed a few steps somewhere
