Guilty, yes........Convicted, no.
This is a CRIMINAL case, not civil. That means you need to prove guilt "beyond a shadow of a doubt", as opposed to a civil case, where you just need "a preponderance of the evidence".
I do not think the prosecution had any smoking gun that would have nailed the case. Just lots of accusations.
Of course, we must also assume that evidence may have been presented/heard that we are not privy to, so we may be surprised.
Stay tuned.

He seems guilty of providing alcohol to minors which I think is a felony. That alone could get him jail time if he's not lucky. Who knows about anything else? The media is so sensationalistic there's no way to tell what's true or not.

Just imagine, I came to your neighborhood wearing white pancake makeup, red lipstick and eyeliner; then invited young boys to ride in my s2k, watch Best Motoring dvds at my house, and spend the nite in my bed.
Sound guilty to you?

He's guilty of being weird. He's not guilty of child molestation. Like Nicotunes said, the prosecution did not establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. All they've done is thrown a lot of accusations and hope that one sticks.
This is like the old Salem witch hunts. Some people think that if you're weird or different then you're guilty. Burn...

Playing devils advocate:
Why would any SANE parents want to place their child in the hands of such a man? It's not like anyone is holding a gun to your head, the parents wanted their kids to be there.
Maybe MONEY?
I think money is important in this case.
