the top layer is a candy red the red cf just doesn't have the silver, black layer of paint underneath it.
I'm not a paint expert though

hey josh your car is lookin nice! i hope you dont park that outside lol
the cf part was masked off for the base coat of black i'm guessing from what josh said, and then the whole thing was painted candy red.

and your right about the paint it had a black primer then i think silver base and a candy top coat the the exposed cf getting the candy as well.
