Thumbs up Need Advice or Help! Seat Belt Stuck & Locked

Title basically says it all.....my passenger side seat belt is locked up and wrapped once around the seat adjuster handle at the bottom of the seat I ve tried my all to get it around the handle, but there's almost no slack and i cannot get the seat belt mechanism to "unlock" so that I can pull more slack out.

does anyone know how to possible disengage that seat belt mechanism for a second? Or any other tips or tricks to get to the seat belt itself and release the "lock." I pulled my thumb back trying to manuever the belt and now my left hand is useless

thanks for any help or advice guys! I don't want to put any passengers in danger since you never know what's going to happen driving thru the streets of LA.

I would take the interior panels apart and remove the seat belt "spool" that sits behind/under the roll hoops, last resort of course.

Doesn't HONDA warranty seatbelts for the life of the vehicle?
I'd complain and get a new one, along with some waffle fries,... FOR FREE!!!

i would just pop the seat out since you dont need to pull the seat all the way out. just unbolt the front two bolts and then the back two bolts but dont pull the seat all the way out cuz there is a wire connected to the bottom. just move it around enough so you can get the belt out. good luck
