oh cool. Trucks and SUV's gotta be 4x4, or you really can't use them. My dually is 2wd and it wants to get stuck everywhere. And I'm not talking offroading, just on dirt roads.

I know right?

Sorry.... its a suuuurprise, I think it' won't work as well or at least as simply if it's lifted much.

For literally $5 dollars I can make any mostly stock TJ do WAY better off-road. Figured it out last night and tested it. Huge difference and no draw backs. (sway bar related)

Matter of fact I might be able to do this mod for nearly any truck period, I'll have to test it on my Tacoma 4x4 too and see what happens.

I'd be SO down for this. If it's near or around Orange County I'm down, I've been wanting to test out the 4x4 taco!

When buying the truck, I really didn't see a purpose of looking at the 2 wheel drive ones

My wife kept saying, well this ones cheaper.. what do you want 4 wheel drive for?

I kept telling her to shut her lip because I was gonna use that as a bargaining tool with the sales guy

It worked

I really dont see a purpose of getting a bigger truck like this, without having the ability to go basically ANYWHERE

Next Question.....

I nearly got my air compressor using a converter to run off the cigarette lighter to work, even CLOSER it would allllllmost run directly off the battery but wouldn't make any pressure.

For those of you out there who've done some wheeling, airing down tires is a HUGE factor in traction, but we must air up.

Xavier> got any ideas? I got a very slow cigarette lighter pump but that's it, it'd take me 5+ minutes per tire to refill. Even an air tank of decent size would be nice since we can have that filled prior to leaving and my little air pump will be filling it more while we off-road from within my jeep. I'm considering just buying a big air tank I guess.

I've looked into converting the A/C to a air pump to run air tools and tires but I'm not that far along yet.
