As Mike mentioned, I was in Chicago since Monday (for business). Very glad to be back! Prior to that I was in Hawaii for a few days, then before that I was up in Santa Cruz. I'm off to Seattle in a week for more business. Wow!
And yes, I have been looking to buy a home (for a few months now).
And now the good news....
THE WIFE AND I JUST BOUGHT A TOWNHOME IN LADERA RANCH!!!
Just found out yesterday. Construction is scheduled to be complete by mid/late June... and yes, there will be a "4Motto's Welcome Party." But before that we'll do some "studying."
