Default Offset gods please chime in

I just got my J's racing front fenders with the extra 35mm clearance.

I was wondering if there is a website that can calculate different widths and offsets to make them compparable depending on the width of the wheel.

If not.... My question is

What offset for a 10 inch wide wheel would be equivalent to
a 10.5 inch wheel with a +20 offset

Thanks in advance

I use this website. You can put two different sized wheels & tires and it'll show you and list the differences in poke and inset.
