Default wheel sizes and offset

I have a set of ENKEI and after removing trim and rolling fenders the tires still rub slightly.
I feel like goning back to stock or selecting different tire size. Car has been lowered about 1/2".
Any suggestions?

lol, that's for you to tell us man. Offset should be stamped on the backside of the wheel.
