Thumbs down PHP Programmer Wanted

My company is looking for an experienced, advanced to expert PHP programmer with MYSQL experience. If you or someone you know is interested (even if they have another job now) please PM me. I'm not posting the full job detail because this isn't really supposed to be public yet. But if you're interested PM me and I can pass your info onto our CTO directly.

The job will be home office / Beverly Hills with no relocation provided. Excellent salary and benefits.

Good response so far.

This particular job requires a Jedi master level of PHP and MySQL wizardry. When we hire again for entry level jobs I'll post back here. We're growing fast and are running out of techy college friends really fast

but i don't want to be a jedi, i want to be a dark sith of php/mysql. hmm, darth meth, not so cool, we will have to think of something else. damn, too much star wars collectors edition for me.

for real though, if you are willing to train, i wouldn't mind adding php to my arsenal. will work for food, beer and car payments, but not necessarily in that order.

peace.

mySQL isn't that bad.. if you have the hang of sql. I would consider applying, but in a couple years I might be a jedi master of PHP, but I only have about 3 years experience with it. PHP is a great and powerful language, plus its very easy to learn.

Bump.

Our CTO says that he's looking more for very good object oriented programming and logic than PHP mastery, per se. We need at least some instant familiarity with PHP and Linux with the ability to learn very quickly.
