Default Question about UPS Shipping...

Is there a premium if we ship at a UPS Store versus a UPS Distribution Center like the one in Baldwin Park?

I tried to ship some wheels out today... UPS Store in Arcadia wanted $40 per wheel.... which was way higher than I expected... (I only charged $80 total on eBay for all four.. oops). I rejected the shipping quote and am trying to see if I have any other options... Is UPS also the best carrier to ship these kinds of things?

im pretty sure its cheaper if you go straight to the distribution center.

and ive found fedex to be cheaper than ups for shipping wheels, especially.

The UPS Store is a huge ripoff... never ship anything from there. Always go to the distribution center if you can

Wrap them 2 to a box. That will save a substantial amount of money.

I sent my old wheels to TX for 40 a box. 2 two each package

UPS store they charged me $5 for a 12"x12" box! Set up your own UPS account and print your own labels, then drop off at local UPS store, that's how I ship my ebay stuff. Just play with the dimensions and weight of item to get shipping price lower, they usually won't charge you more or not ship item because it's not exactly perfect.
