Korean drinking customs are a bit complicated even in an informal setting. It would be weird if the father would expect you to know them.
He would never be able to leave Korea.

Indian/Korean couples are uncommon. That it will be a consideration can't be helped. However, it doesn't necessarily mean the father will not approve.
Heheh. Ironically, my mom doesn't want me to marry a Korean girl and she loved my Japanese ex.

korean fathers are difficult to please regardless of your race, wealth, education etc...in my case, moms are hard to please too....
I advise you to get the blessing of both her parents before moving forward. If you don't, it will put a lot of stress on your relationship. In some cases, the parents may feel that she is putting you over them. Then you are really facked.
