Need help please.

I have a 70 year old tax man, and I can not get a hold of him .

Any tax specialists here that can give me an answer to a basic question? Please PM me, or post here. I promise it is a basic question, and I will not bother you for anything again.

Anyone know the proper form number for a standard extension for a single person (we are getting married in August) There are so many forms to choose from!

I need to know the form number for Federal and State..
