There used to be a place called Mahogany Smoked meats in Bishop. Possibly the same place?

That's the place. It's a little before you get to the Paiute Palace Casino (Just like Caesar's Palace, only dumpy!) on the North end of town. They might have changed their name.

Good jerky and quite a variety, but a bit on the pricey side.
