What newspaper to contact for a story?
May 27th after 2 yrs of service I called to upgrade speed.
I and my girl have called DAILY since then and STILL we have no service.
We have well over 10hrs of customer service time and spoken to over 25 different employees and managers.
I personally spent over 2.5hr convos multiple times with them. They've assigned us OTHER people's acct numbers multiple times. They've NEVER returned calls as promised.
I know many employees, their tittles, which offices they work out of and proper protocol due to the time spent with them.
We don't want to swtich to another company because the bang for the buck deal in our area is w/ ATT
*****************************
The story get's INSANE.... truly insane.... is there a way to present this to a local news paper? I have hours logged on phones to prove talk time.

If you heard the details.....
I've never heard a story of customer service IN MY LIFE, in ANY industry that can compare to this.
I heard even their own employees say "OMFG are you kidding me?" under their breath when reviewing the notes on our account.

the bang for the buck deal is NOT att, in your case.
time = money, and you're spending way more with att.
switch to another company and save time/money.

Well, when you keep hearing "OH here's the problem after all"
You think... "well finally it's handled".
The time was spent between myself and my girl calling... still this is insane now!
AT THIS POINT, I want the public to be aware of the situation. Not worried for myself I can always switch.
