I cannot believe people in CHINA can be so god damn hartless.....!!

I am really lost with words on this video. What made it more difficult for me was the fact I understood everything the reporter was talking about and just in disbelief that the driver and other did not had a care in the world.

When I was in honolulu we took a bus from the boat to waikiki. On the ride over I hear a thump and a guy behind me screams OMG. Some asian dude in a prius hit a pedestrian and he flew 20 feet forward. Broke the prius' windshield and headlight. Lots of blood, never seen crazy shit like that happen in front of me.
