Looks are totally subjective...so I'm not going to touch that.
G35 all the way. Great acceleration, wonderful seats...very comfortable. Some people complain about the control layout...but it was just fine for me. I don't know how your winters get down there in TX, but I know how sh|tty the roads get when it rains....so you could pick up a G35x with all-wheel drive....

The G-35 might be tad faster in some places, but in all honest I've never liked the rear end styling on it.
And there is the reliability problems with the G-35. Head on over to Freshalloy.com and look up the recalls and TSB's that have affected the car. Something like 17 or 18 TSB's.
For a sport sedan I think the Acura wins hands down for a car you'll be happy owning for several years to come.

road and track just did an article on the new tl...
i would choose honda quality any day, period, so the TL or the TSX would be worth looking at...after that i would drive the infinity and bmw, then choose...but look at all three as you want no regrets, sit in the drivers seats at a car show at least.
oh, bag the nav system, it is a rip, how often are you really lost, without someplace to call for directions and have no clue where you are??? how do you manage now??? with what you save you can do whatever you want, like buy a thomas book of maps!

I read Car and Driver and they say it has huge torque steer and the wheel fights you in the turns. Eventhough it has Brembo brakes it take a long distance to come to a halt just like my old TL. If you want to go from point "a" to "b" with lots of bang for the buck I say buy it. If you are looking for a performance sedan I'd go with the G35.
