Default 1st track day

Did a track day last week.

Here are some pictures. It rained in the morning and was pretty slippery. Had a few slides! By the afternoon the sun had dried most of the track and the racing line was dry. learnt heaps about my bike and i am looking forward to my next one.

I also test rode the BMW which was free. 1200cc. it was seriously quick. squirted past everything!

how much does the first track day usually cost? I know you have to pay the school fee plus the track fee. Any good deals? in Sothern California.

I'm paying $135 at WSIR with www.trackdaz.com

It includes a quick school for newbies. There is another on Dec. 10&11 at SOW.

I was reading through the requirements of trakdaz, and apparenlty medical insurance is required. Do they really check that or is it reccommended.

Really not sure if they check or not, but I'd get it no matter what. You just never know man.
